Was a while ago, but my 2000 txt 200 had a knock like piston slap, just a bit, was like that when I bought it though the 2001 I test rode at the same time didn't have it. Eventually after a few years I replaced the piston & the knock went away. For about 6 months. We measured it at the time & I can't remember the number, but it was like real tight with the old piston, maybe 1.5 thou. I might have gone from an A to a B.
So don't lose any sleep.
