Off the top of my head the 200 shares its frame with the 250 and 300 not the 125 frame which is unique to itself.

All of the plastic pieces, rims, singarm, levers etc, should be interchangeable between all of the bikes except for the following.

The subframe, seat, airbox and rear fender of the 2002 through 2006 should be interchangeable between the 125 and the 200/250/300s.

Starting in 2007 the 125 and the 200/250/300s subframes would be interchangeable as well as the seat, airbox and rear fender.

The cdi and carbs are unique to the 125 modlel only. Same goes for the 200/250/300s.

The suspensions of the 200 and 125 would most likely be valved and sprung the same. The EC250/EC300 suspension is valved and sprung the same only a little stiffer..

The FSE/FSR and MC250 have similiar spring rates but may have slighlty different valving.
