UB777, the speedo I am using is one I stole off my sons mountain bike! he doesn't ride it much anymore. It is a CATEYE Tomo XC. It must be 4 years old by now so may not be available any more - there's bound to be similar around. The plusses: it's cheap, small, light, has a clock, displays speed, av speed, max speed, trip distance, odo, time moving, uses the stock front caliper pickup. The minusses: the numbers are really too small to read when you are riding, it doesn't have a minute counter (enduro type counter).
