Awesome write up. I recently had the 19 flywheel and cdi installed on my 18. The way you described the power delivery is exactly the change in power delivery that i experienced with the update. Smooth off the bottom with a stronger mid range and top end. I find the power more predictable and controllable. Not to mention much better starting off the button cold and in gear warm.
When you changed the bar pad, did it foul on the dash display at all?
