After reading back through my post, I realize it may have come off a little more harshly than I intended.
I LOVE my 2011. It is absolutely perfect for me in just about every way possible. So the fact that they're making a brand new bike, 8 years later, that's very similar, is very cool. If someone is looking for a brand new bike that's a little shorter, a little smaller, and REALLY shines in technical riding, I think the Ranger is going to nail that niche, certainly seems like better than the Xtrainer and Freeride.
I just think that if you already have a 2010-2011, it's probably not gonna be worth it to upgrade.
