You already have a suitable replacement - it's the oil fill bolt up top. It's exactly the same except for the magnet. You can use the bad one for the fill bolt after you cut a slot in it for a common screw driver. Do put the good bolt in the bottom, order a new one, then change the bolts around on your next oil change.
