The U-rims shed mud - they are stronger. What's not to love. I really don't understand why D.I.D. quit making them.
My 2001 had u-rims and roostafish bought my old bike from me - he then bought a newer gasgas. The old bike went - except for the u-rims - they got swapped onto his new bike...
They are a "definite upgrade" for anyone looking at buying them....
