Yep, but have decided that I will not ride again until i start doing some sort of other fitness training during the week. the first km was pure mud through a pine forest, i thought i was going to have a heart attack! These days i ride on muscle memory, but my muscles have very few memories of mud riding!
The rest of the bronze loop was a nice ride, not too technical with some nice grippy sandy climbs (another first) where a 300 and a bit of clutch meant you were king! I was considering going out for the second lap, but just as i was finishing the rain came down, and that combined with having to do that same muddy pine forest just before the end of the loop made me change my mind.

Anyway on the following monday i went out and bought a gasgas txt250 and am going to give that a bash now. It is something i may be able to do with my sons as well and there are places closer by that will mean i can spend more time riding and less time driving to and from a ride.
I am still in two minds about giving up on the enduro bike altogether ...
