Yes, they went from 20 to 25mm front axle in 2005 or perhaps 2006. But the hub is the same, only bearings and spacers changed. So what you need to do is to replace bearings, seals and spacers.
According to the 2015 spares list, the 2015 bearings are 6905 - 25x42x9mm. I use the same wheels on the 2006 and 2015 bikes. I can check the bearing number against the ones I have in my spares bin when I get home.
