Need to be driven out from the opposite side or removed with a blind bearing puller/slidehammer. If punching out you need to get to the back side of the bearing you want out. Slide the inner tube across some and you should have a few mm to perch on. Use some heat on the hub (not too much) if you want to help things along.. And always pay lots of attention to details - many times circlips have been overlooked and resulted in a lack of progress.
