Ask when the swingarm bearings were last serviced. Have him show you that the swingarm pivot bolt will slide.
If the bolt is grooved (due to lack of maintenance) you're in for a nightmare project getting that bolt out to replace the bearings.
This applies to any used bike. Years ago I had to cut the swingarm off an XR500R.
