By "CEK #3", Motoman is referring to the specific groove in the CEK jet needle in which he placed the "Jesus clip"; the third from the top, or the middle groove. (Jesus clip is referred to as such, because when moving the clip on a trail ride and the clip falls into the leaves and dirt, it often prompts the exclamation "Jesus!". I learned this from a fellow rider during a trail ride in Idaho.
