If you want really good low end torque, I would suggest you to buy slide #6, the difference between original #7 and #6 is huge. Pulls almost like 300 now, super low end. My jetting is currently 182 main, 42 pilot and N3CJ needle. It's smooth, very good low and top end and does not take much fuel.

I wouldn't bother with a #6 slide for Australia. If you feel it needs more fuel off idle swap in a W diameter needle.
I've found for the 15 250's that 42 NEDW#2 175 (Suzuki OEM needle RM250) pulls strong and clean through the rev range. You can adjust the hit with the PV adjustment.
