As for the slow web page response - it should be better since last weekend - I blocked out someone who was attacking the site. Have you noticed a difference over the last 24-48 hours?
You will get better performance with Internet explorer if you disable the phishing filter. Better still -> This site is best viewed using mozilla firefox -
