With the amount of time they had on R&D before the 18 model's, they could only do the one frame/Chassis. It is a different cylinder, head, with new cdi and ignition. Quim (lead R&D enduro) does tell me the motor is very, very nice. Coupled with the KYB suspension I expect it not to disappoint.

I'm always astounded that you guys are willing to take time to do that. One of the many things that impresses me with GasGas.
I registered for the Offroad Ontario race series this morning. Pretty excited that I'll be on a new bike this year. Just gotta decide which one to get!!
