I just don't see why the allen head bolts on the bike are worth bitching about. I don't know about you guys, and maybe I'm anal about it, but before my bike is serviced its squeaky clean all over. I don't work around dirt. Maybe its a problem if you don't clean the bike well before working on it. How often do you have to remove a primary or clutch cover on the trail that the allens are such a hardship? The stuff on my bike that is likely to see a wrench in the woods is swapped, but only a few things. As far as stripping, the only allen I ever stripped was on my Ducati, a small, soft bolt that was red Loctited. Should not be a problem with good tools and clean prepped fasteners. JMO.
