It looks to me as the pressure switch is also a banjo bolt? Is that correct? You mentioned that the oil runs through the switch.
It that case, you could just make a solution with a banjo bolt like the one in the link (given the correct threads of course) and an ordinary pressure switch with the correct swithing pressure.
