Option D through E. 4hundy sorts the problem.

Broke their machine through gross incompetence and try to blame you..

Sideways bulges can be reduced with careful use of a press which often brings things closer to round. Then soak nipples (the bikes not yours sicko) in penetrating oil and watch a YouTube clip on wheel trueing. You can repair a fair bit.

I mean sometimes a rim is too far gone but its worth a play and a new skill learnt.
