you can get seals from a us seller - no need to buy from overseas..

the vids at rocky mountain atv are excellent. no special tools are needed, aside from snap ring pliers... there are work arounds for everything else.

what they don't mention in the vids:
make a note of where the top adjuster is, and then back off the top adjuster all the way out before you open it up. when you reinstall the rod, make sure it is all the way down in (flush). if it's not it'll not work...
