Just remove the right side panel, remove the two relays and put the fan relay in the socket for the fuel pump, and the fuel pump relay in the socket for the fan. This is an easy way to test if your fuel pump relay has gone bad and is sensitive to vibration. If it fixes the problem, get a replacement relay for the fuel pump, and switch them back. (or replace both of them)
