Well I finally got my 07 back together after a full birthday. Tried to sabotage progress with dumb things like a bit of gasket residue causing a water leak, and getting caught with the kickstart plastic spacer jumping out of position and sitting proud of its knotch, which you cant see with the spring in place.

Then I accidentally grabbed the wrong pipe, so had to fit the original (I had decatted a euro pipe and chromed it. Looked great and used it for years, but the grotty original had much more zing when I tried it again) .

But now I rode up the drive and its like a different bike. Much smoother with engine case rear mount rebushed where it had ovalised. New swingarm bolt with no ridges. Rebuilt sw bearings and linkage.
