45mm Marzocchi are open chamber. Measure the lower leg OD at 45mm.
Sachs open chambers are 48mm in the lower leg. Can have black or red uppers, and anodized lowers generally. Few different cap designs with some having adjustable spring preload built in.
48mm Marzocchis are closed chamber with adjustable preload on the IC from the cap.

From your pics they appears to be one of the open chamber forks, and from what I can see of the cap I think I'd be leaning towards them being 45mm zokes.

The bike is a 2011 non e-start EC. Looks nice and clean and would be a good buy at the right price.
