It's true garbage. It's been coming here in Oregon for some time. Spurned by the goons that go to the coastal dunes. Our legislators like to try to protect us from ourselves out here. There have been some fatalities at some of our coastal riding areas, so this was one of their solutions. I have written many letters to my representatives, senators, and the governor. I have only been told once that my son couldn't ride by a BLM dude. I know him, and I looked him square in the eye. I told him, "Dick (that's his name), you and I both know that's a load, look at him ride, he's a better, safer rider than half of the adults out here." He told me, "well, if the law enforcement guys stop by, you'll be cited." I just shrugged..... They'd better be on a bike, because that truck won't fit on the trail.

I have officially become an outlaw.
