Since around 2011my some have not been able to get an OHV red sticker for their bikes. Some have been "black listed", never to be registered in CA.
Something has to be done with the dealers or distributors, not sure exactly.
Clay was working on this at one time or another. I'm pretty sure Rod is aware, but not sure is it has been dealt with or an ongoing issue.
Looks like Skeeters in So Cal may be a dealer also
