Ok so quick update. Went with option D since it was the easiest and cheapest option.

The 2nd shop has no issues putting it on for me. Had it done in 10 minutes. Obviusly its not the optimal setup for a race bike. But I have no plants what so ever to do anything more than play riding. Anyways thanks for the replies guys! I'll probably look into a new wheelset in the next couple months after a top end job.
