That's the reason the tank has been off so many times; have had two different new tanks shipped to me and neither fit, was going to just live with it, but the petcock wouldn't transfer either I've re-sealed the split by that mounting point 3 different times now and it still leaks - not to mention all the fuel that comes out through the threads of the cap (even with the S3 cap).

Anyway, thanks for the info on the size and pitch guys - much appreciated I think finding the washer will be the hardest part; that size bolt is in stock at the local Ace.
