Just out of curiosity, what are they doing holding the bikes for 2 weeks? Is that the normal SOP?
Waiting on an import tax payment? Or is it title/paperwork stuff?
Inspecting each bike to make sure it has a crappy kick stand? 
What is Customs telling you?
