Hi, I don't call myself an expert but the only thing I could suggest is trying a smaller pilot as your Air Screw is 2 1/4 turns out. Of course, if it's running nicely then why bother?
My jetting is pretty similar to yours, although mine is a 2004 EC300 with the AS1 carburetor.
