Short version - Metro Detroit lawyer sues the Nat'l Forest Service because they failed to accommodate his desire for peace and solitude while bird-watching. He loses, appeals, loses, appeals and wins. Forest Service has to go back and revisit its plan for recreational area usage. Targeted in the law suit are gun hunting and snowmobiling ... because they make noise. Guess what could have been on the list ...
