Thanks for everyone's thoughts.
Everything is back to normal at the Gasgasman's house. No damage at all to our home!
A fence blew over and a tree in the back yard snapped in half.

This hurricane was a Category 2 storm, but the damage was far worst.
There are houses close here that had their roofs blown off. People have carpet and sheet rock piled up in front of their houses for trash pick up.
90% of the homes here have fence damage- fence repair would be the business to get into.

75% of Houston is without power. The line for gas is a 1 to 2 hour wait. People are waiting 2 hours or more for ice and water.

I have a small 1.5K generator that I used to run the freezer, fridge and salt water aquarium. (2 gal of gas lasted 5 hours).
Luckily, we have an RV that we stayed in while the power was out.

Hope no one has to go through this in their life time.
