23 ounces? Wow, that has to be only for a 2K2. You'd likely need a deeper ignition cover to get it on a 2K3.
It might be worth having a local shop machine them down a bit. Is the mass all centered close to the crank? If they have a small OD, the flywheel effect will not be as great.
