Interesting that the needle I'm currently using doesn't seem to be as commonly used among the Gas Gas riders as it is in KTM's etc. The P.O. had the NEDW installed, so I will go back and give that a try.

Good stuff, as always!
I moved the ignition setting switch to the handlebars, where I can flip it instantly anytime with my right thumb. (It originally came from the factory on the 2011 attached to the left bottom radiator hose.)

I think you will like the NEDW, unless it is too "flat" for you. It is a good working jet needle for our carbs, with a very smooth transition into midrange. I have not yet ridden my 2011 as a 300, yet, so I can't give you personal feedback on the jet needle I prefer with it as a 300. I do know that the AS2 PWK that came on my 2011 definitely requires leaner jetting than the older AS1 carb that came on the earlier model GasGas bikes, on which I did such extensive testing.
My favorite PWK AS1 jetting sucked when I tried to use it on the 2011 250 with the AirStriker2.
