Default EC 250 2008 Ohlins setting

Hi guys.. I have bought GG EC 250 2008 with full ohlins suspension.. Today I have tried to check SAG... I have 35mm free SAG on the front and 55mm rider SAG... My weight is 72kg and when I ride single tracks I can bottom the front fork when I go down steep downhil and hit bottom of it... I have checked ohlins fork manual and it says that preload can be set by changing spring support... What should I do with it... rider SAG too low... but bottoming fork... do you guys think decreasing preload and increasing oil level should help??

Next question is about ohlins shock... I have free sag of 20mm and rider sag 60mm... I tried to loosen lock nut on shock, but it is too tight... I have found out, the thread on shock has 2mm gap in the middle.. Can I go with nuts through this gap??

Edit: I have loosened the lock nut and set rear spring preload to 37mm free sag and 100mm rider sag and than loosened bolt in front triples as they were tightened very hard... now front free sag is 37mm and 81mm rider sag... so everything is great now... Now just want to know what to do with the fork bottoming... higher oil level?? how many mililiters of oil to add??
