Bike year & model = 2011 EC300E fitted with 36mm x 39mm oval bore modified Keihin PWK ASII carb and reed block spacer and fitted with modified head (squish - 1.28mm, compression ratio - 12.7:1)
Temperature (degC) = 14 - 18 degC,
65% - 80% humidity
Elevation (feet) = 1000f, or 100 - 300m.
Main jet = 175
Pilot jet = 45
Needle & notch =JD Red #2
Air screw setting = 1.25 turn out
Throttle valve/slide = 6.5 notched

Results:
Good torquey power though as the day got on and the temp dropped it became a bit flat off the bottom, despite having a 45 pilot in there. Once on the needle it felt good, had good strong power throughout the rev range, though felt rich from 1/8 throttle onwards. A user friendly and forgiving needle for tight single track, only downside as mentioned is the lack of torque off the bottom (it still has oodles of torque, just required a bit more clutch to smooth it out).
Also the fuel economy as is normal with my bike for some reason is poo.
9.8l used for 83k's.
