So right now, the metal part of the lock (barrel?) is sticking out from the black part (body?) of the lock, that it is inside of.
When you say to to turn it CCW do you mean that I need to
turn it counterclockwise is that to LOCK it or to UNLOCK it ?
Right now my lock is just "Stuck" in the "unengaged" position, I can turn the steering but I can't move the lock.
Is it possible I have the wrong key? I have tried wriggling and stuff, no dice
Also, DISC LOCK:

-is it a model-specific part or will any generic one do?
Anyone have an example or recommendation or example of somtheing that will work?
