Should I just send my Sachs to LT ?
You should be able to get them a lot cheaper than that. Might be someone with a set of used ones they're willing to sell?

A new set of Marzocchi 48mm PFP forks will run you big dollars too, and I wouldn't buy a set used because.. whoever is selling them will be doing so for a reason...

Seals and bushings are readily available.
Regarding wear, I have now run the forks (as the rest of the bike) close to 160 hours. I haven't inspected the forks since my last seal / oil service at 120 hours (or thereabouts) but back then there was no wear to speak of. Perhaps the 2015 forks are better than the ones on your (slightly older) bike Jacobi?
I found OEM seals and bushings available but priced stupidly high in comparison to other brands. After market options are available though.

I think they have done steady revisions to them with each build, but in my experience the problem is inconsistency of build quality. You get some that are to spec and last a good while, but there have been more than a few reports of them wearing prematurely across multiple brands. It may be a small percentage, but when coupled with the issues with cost and availability when replacing damaged components it becomes a legit concern.
