We picked up pretty much the same bike for my brother-in-law ('08 250). It's a heck of a machine, definitely more oomph than my 200...lol.
I'm not sure about getting 100 miles, might be possible with the Clarke tank, but I think it'd be a stretch. One thing that might help is the head mod; had that done on my 200 (RB Designs) and my riding range up to 55-60 miles of decent pace on single track.
What brand is the steering damper? If you're not interested in keeping it, let me know - been seriously considering one for my '11 200 (don't know if it'll fit though).
