If you have a spacer at 1.245" the sleeve will be almost .020" oversize if it's at 1.260"
I like the idea but I don't know if you could get the sleeve to set even with red loc-tite. I think those sleeves are intended to be .001" to .003" smaller than the surface they are repairing
