Put a ne1c needle in , 2nd clip. 175 main and 42 pilot. air screw 1.5 turn out. idle screw 3/4 in. Makes no diff if i turn it in any further. Compared to what I had 172 main, pilot 52 and needle NBHW 2nd clip.
bike sounds different now. If i idle and rev the bike, it sounds crisper. i now have a lot more bottom end. Feels like a different motor now. will hopefully test at the weekend. Need to replace throttle cable as it is fraying at the throttle cam causing slow return.
