According to the manual, your weight of 80 kg is close to ideal for the OEM springs. I interpreted it as your body wheigt is 80kg. But what about the bike weight? Is that any lighter than the bike was when it had a petrol engine? If so, you must also take that into consideration.
Could you put the complete bike on a scale? I don't know what the 300f weighs, but I would guess 110-115kg with some fuel.

If the fork is too harsh, I would also try to reduce the damping. Hence my other suggestions.

I am a bit heavier than you, I guess I'm close to 100kg with my riding gear. I run the standard springs in the fork and a heavier spring at the rear in my 2015 EC200. I have done all the things I mentioned to reduce the compression damping, as my speed is quite low and the standard fork is too heavily damped (for my use)

Do you have the spring list and weight for this forks?
