Ok 3 things spring to mind.
The chain guide leaves a lot to be desired. Check for wear on guide and chain, adjust and see if noise changes. Bigger rear sprocket may make worse.
Next pv, read threads about that
3rd detonation. If non std needle, (std is rubbish but rich) try lift it a notch and see if changes. Make sure not using low octane gas.
