Allthough not in the US, I have found Reiger to be very helpful. They charged me 80 Euro + VAt for a spring this summer. I was passing by, so I picked it up myself. But I have no doubts that they are willing to ship internationally.
I have Reiger springs on the shelf, I can provide measurements some time during this weekend.
Regarding fork springs, you could mix and match, e.g. one 48 and one 50 to get an average of 49.
