How does it run how it is?
Dave at TSP here in Australia just setup a 2013 model EC300R after modifying the head. Tuned it on the Dyno and ended up at 38 NEDJ#3 168. He wasn't sure how it would be on a stock head, but the modified one had no issues running it.
My advice, ride it as is and then look to address the things you don't like. Going to a 40P and 172 main would be 'safe'.
