I have a set of old, not so pretty wheels, 19 and 21". However, I live in Norway... I paid approx $160 for the set. Picked them up just because they were cheap, but have no real use for them, unless I decide to build a set of SM wheels on the hubs.
I could send you the 19" wheel. It is not pretty, but reasonably true. However, many nipples are rusted to the spokes. It has bearings, but no spacers.
If you are after something looking as new, a new rim would be needed I think. I that case, I could cut off the spokes and send you the hub only.
