It does to me but I had the good fortune of having one to try to confirm it. It is a known issue I?ve mounted mine on 4mm foam to help take out some vibration when you get your new one fit it and start the bike then put your fingers on the cdi the amount of vibration is unbelievable. My new one has come from Rieju.
