Not good but I guess it could be worse. Seems like all of us have some degree of damage. Any insight into your hand issues? I have the same thing (arthritis/bridged vertebre) higher up my back from getting thrown off a horse 18 yrs ago, but it does not cause me problems. Craig has had good luck with the inversion table, even takes it on the road with him when he travels by car. Hangs like a bat at night.
To do this though you have to have healthy blood pressure and no known issues. Almost symptom free now and riding the Buell, no dirt bike yet.
