The new coil I put on had a new plug wire on it. So plug wire is out. I tried a cdi out of an 06 ktm 300 ran the same. I'm going to unhook kill switch next .I cleaned up the ground. I got a fly wheel puller so I can check stator out. Very frustrating. Sat. I fouled a plug put in a new one rode it like I stole it for 3 miles and new plug was already black.This is my 2nd Gas Gas and both have had electrical issues.
Thankfully on Sunday for the Jack Pine Nat. a friend loaned my his 2010 ktm 300 with a rekluse. Man I hate to admit that bike was sweet very well set up he is a AA rider. Any way please keep the ideas coming I'm about ready to pull my hair out .
