Hypermotard is a dirt bike guy's street bike, very natural. With the gel seat I can do a 400 mile day without a problem, just a lot of gas stops! The upright position keeps you somewhat honest on the highway, but not on the backroads!
A favorite ride is from my house in north NJ to Lake Placid village in the ADK mountains of NY, with no highway! That said it will be for sale this spring unless gas is $5/gal, then commuting in a 5.7L Tundra gets expensive.
