Thumbs up

Lodging Discount for the TrainRobbers Enduro

Lena, the general manager at the Quality Inn at Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has generously offered to again this year offer a discounted room rate of "$45 plus tax" for those attending the TrainRobbers Enduro (June 8).

This is a nice motel, with plenty of parking. Before becoming the Quality Inn, this motel was formerly the Holiday Inn Express. It features a pool, plenty of secure parking, and a very well stocked Continental Breakfast. To view photos of the motel, here is a direct link to the motel's web site:

The Quality Inn's address is:
150 Valley Street
Arkadelphia, AR, 71923
Phone: (870) 230-1506
Fax: (870) 230-1015

Although the address is Arkadelphia, the motel is located at the Caddo Valley exit (southeast side) at the intersection of US Hwy7 and I-30. This location is roughly 15 miles south of Bismarck, AR, right down hwy 7.

If you think you might like to take Lena up on her discounted room rate offer, call early to make sure you get in on the deal. Last year, we took up over 30 rooms.
If one reserves early enough, they can get this rate for Friday, June 6, as well as the offered Saturday and Sunday nights (June 7 & 8).

To get the special rate, call the Quality Inn at 870-230-1506, and give the desk person the code phrase "DR2014".

The trails are in very good shape. We have a unique race layout, and our Event Referee Raymond Hogan has done his best to eliminate all the road mileage possible. I don't think anyone will go home wanting more.

I hope to see you all there. As you come through my check, yell out a "Hi Jim" to me.

Good Riding to All Ya'll!
