I found their customer support alright to deal with mate! I broke one of the connectors on the rear and they sent me a replacement when I ordered a spare speedo sender. Mines getting a bit worn where it runs through the headlight guide at nearly 6000kms. I bet they can send you what you need to patch yours up even, or at least tell you if it is/isn't feasable.
